In 1995, Dr Helmut Rothenberger founded Dr Helmut Rothenberger Holding in Anif near Salzburg. The organisation as a family holding company was not only intended to ensure the security of assets, but above all to form the basis for the development of a globally active, innovative and constantly growing group of companies, which now has over 100 operating companies and 6,000 employees.
